How Home Management Works

After signing up for membership, getting started is very simple.

Meet your home manager and complete a yearly seasonal intake form: Included in the subscription is an inspection of the property to assess maintenance needs.
Step 2

Create an individual home maintenance plan: We will work with you to decide how we can best help you in your home. Monthly maintenance checks? Filter changes? Schedule needed repairs? Start a home project?

Step 3

Relax and let us take the lead: We will install a lock box at your home, manage your contractors, schedule appointments and keep your home maintained for you to simply enjoy.
